This is a 4-month online group programme starting Monday 27th October, utilises strategies that have been tried and tested with my clients, and are supported by leading authority in reflux and digestive issues, Debbie Grayson of Digestion with Confidence.
First, we’ll start with a short pre-programme questionnaire to assess your unique needs, to help understand your challenges and tailor the approach for you.
Next, we’ll explore a wide range of crucial diet and lifestyle changes that can soothe your digestive tract and alleviate symptoms naturally. There will be the chance to ask questions to help you tailor the advice to you in online sessions, and a Facebook group for support from not only myself, but the other participants who are taking this journey as well. The group will be kept quite small to ensure I can support everyone.
You’ll be encouraged to regularly check in with your progress through a thorough symptom tracker across the 4 months so you can see where things are improving, and where things might need some work, helping to give you an understanding of your symptoms.
You'll receive support over the course of the full four months to guide you through implementing the changes and making them fit into your life as habits, paving the way for a more enjoyable dining experience.
This programme covers the festive period when a lot of people suffer with horrible digestive discomfort, by starting the end of October you will already have lots of tools to turn to before December to help you ease symptoms!
The programme is suitable for those on digestive medications like PPIs (e.g. Omeprazole) and those not on medication.
