6-week online group programme taking you through how to support your health and minimise side effects while on a GLP-1 medication.

In my 1-2-1 work I'm seeing more and more clients coming to me on GLP-1 medications so I'm hosting this course to teach people how to build strong foundations for health while using these medications. This can help to minimise potential side effects and set you up well for when you come off of the injections!

We will cover a variety of topics to support your overall health, your progress, and help you have a smooth journey - with a special focus on digestive health (as this is one of the most common complaints I'm hearing 😉)!

The programme will be held online with weekly live sessions on a specific topic with time for questions, all sessions will be recorded for those that can't attend to view when they have time, and there will be an online community where everyone can support each other and ask further questions if needed.

Starting Wednesday 1st July for 6 weeks, calls will be 7-8pm each week.
